A senior broker at Marcus & Millichap in the firm's Indianapolis
office would like to bring aboard a motivated a Transaction
Coordinator to work closely with a team of top performing senior
agents, focusing on managing the team of assistants in marketing,
communicating with clients, and process paperwork to assist in
closings and other support functions.The Transaction Coordinator is
highly professional and skilled at prioritizing and managing
multiple tasks. Will be expected to be able to complete work and
assignments independently once trained. Strong management,
communication, verbal, writing, and organizational skills are
preferred. The ideal candidate is a driven, highly positive,
committed, team player with a long-term career outlook. This is a
full-time, exempt (salary), in-office position - not remote or work
from home.We will train you in this pivotal position and support

opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesQuality Control of all
contracts and that timely executions occur in compliance with
Marcus & Millichap policies, are saved and shared appropriately.
While maintaining a high level of ConfidentialityProvide
administrative and production support including typing
correspondence (letters, memos, reports, etc.)Coordinate with the
hiring broker in all aspects of a real estate transaction including
monitoring the progress of each transaction in escrow to meet
contingencies and closing deadlinesDatabase administration as
needed, including but not limited to uploading new properties and
contacts into team databaseAssist in preparation and review of fee
agreements, confidentiality agreements, purchase agreements, due
diligence documents, etc.Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller
transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing including
follow up during due diligence period (Coordination and scheduling
for title/escrow, loan applications, inspections, etc.)Maintain a
marketing schedule of proactive marketing communications
activitiesMake phone calls to comparable properties and compile
rent, sale and on-market informationManage team's marketing
(including Constant Contact emails, physical mail and postcard
campaigns) and sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Planner,
Salesforce, Excel and/or other toolsMonitor and report on client
engagement with marketing campaigns and ROI on any paid
campaignsOversee the team in generating marketing materials: Work
with team to develop offering memorandums, broker opinions of
value, flyers, brochures, postcards, e-Brochures to clients,
etc.Oversee the team in preparing client mailings to advertise
available and sold and closed transactions/listingsUse the
company's editorial style guide to gain knowledge of company
marketing and research practices, tools, and regulations and use
them appropriately in the preparation of marketing materialsAssist
in the management and distribution of real estate documents such as
offers, counter offers, addenda, and listing agreementsKeep
organized, complete transaction files in accordance with state
requirementsBecome skilled on the firm's research, technology and
marketing tools including knowledge of Marcus & Millichap contracts
and their proper useRequired Knowledge, Skills, and
Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal
and external clientsA leader in time management and ability to
coordinate with others to complete work by deadlinesHighly
organized and detail oriented; Self MotivatedProven superior
