Job Description:

A facility is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage. There is a 7-10 day credentialing timeframe. There is 5 office staff for support. Must have BC, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and active license required.


The facility is located in Peru, IN.


There are about 1-2 phone consults per day. The clinic is schedule is Monday surgery day, Tuesday 8:30-11:00AM in Wabash office, Wednesday 8:30- 4:30, Thursday 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30- 11 AM.




Dates Needed: ASAP- 1/5/24, 1-7 shifts per month


Case Load/PPD: 12- 25 patients per shift; 1-2 phone consults


Shift Type: Day Shift; Night Shift; 24-Hour Call


Assignment Type: Inpatient; Clinic
