Job Description:

An expanding company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing construction, with proven project management skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
• Keep accurate records of project activities, expenses, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in roofing construction with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RRO) a plus.Benefits:
