As a statewide organization, we have over 800 committed and caring/compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas.The Assessment Treatment Counselor is responsible for completing pre-screens, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment plans for men and women in accordance with VOA, DMHA, The Department of Child Services, Medicaid, TANF, CARF, and grant providers? standards within our Turning Point Recovery Center.Turning Point Recovery Center is a one-of-a-kind, residential treatment program for men and women involved, in varying capacities, with the criminal justice system. This program strives to target underlying substance use issues while maintaining the dignity and self-efficacy of each program participant.We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision and a 403b with company match. Our work touches the mind, body, heart ? and ultimately the spirit ? of those we serve, integrating our deep compassion with highly effective programs and services.The position requires a Master?s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field, two years of experience working with populations whose difficulties border in the criminal justice system, and the ability to conduct individual and group counseling, complete assessments, develop resources, and maintain client records is essential. Licensure or plan to obtain licensure required: LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC. Some evening hours and rotating on-call hours are required.EOE
