As a Residential Marketing Associate, you'll immerse yourself in comprehensive training, learning to effectively represent the Frontier brand in direct, face-to-face settings. You'll develop expertise in engaging potential customers, distributing marketing materials, and supporting promotional activities to drive interest in Frontier's offerings. Key Responsibilities of the Residential Marketing Associate: Participate in training programs to understand Renowned Management's direct marketing strategies and Frontier's services (internet, TV, voice). Learn to effectively engage with residential customers in various direct, face-to-face settings to build brand awareness and generate interest in Frontier services. Distribute brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral to potential customers, clearly communicating key benefits and promotional offers. Support lead generation efforts by actively engaging with the public, answering initial questions, and collecting contact information from interested individuals. Gather customer feedback and market insights from direct interactions to contribute to ongoing marketing strategy discussions. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective lead hand-offs. Assist in maintaining inventory of marketing materials and ensuring their availability for field activities. Represent Renowned Management and Frontier with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to positive brand representation. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions to continuously refine skills in public engagement, marketing communication, and product knowledge.
