technology for better outcomes. Position Purpose : The Sr Director,
will own and lead the development and execution of brand value and
access strategies our dermatoloty products— a cornerstone asset in
Lilly's Immunology portfolio and a critical driver of the company's
long-term growth strategy . This leader must be obsessed with the
consumer experience, passionate about leveraging data, analytics,
and technology to improve patient access, and able to adapt
staffing and priorities as business needs and market dynamics
evolve Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Development – Build
Immunology Access Leaders Develop team members in an environment
shaped by Team Lilly behaviors and LVA archetypes to create leaders
at Lilly and support Ebglyss Market Access Coach team on
cross-functional collaboration, strategic operations, data-driven
decision-making, and leveraging technology/innovation to speed
medicines to patients Lead or delegate special projects as
necessary to help drive Ebglyss access and accelerate brand
performance 2. Brand Strategy & Value Proposition Development
Develop overall brand value and access strategy aligned to brand
strategy and lifecycle plan (pricing, up front discounts ,
contracting, access, value/evidence, channel, GPO, affordability,
patient support) Create US key payer messages (CVME) based on
Global CVME, tailored to stakeholders (HCO, OMG, PBM, Payer,
Specialty Pharmacy, GPO, Dermatology practices), incorporating
product lifecycle, RWE and clinical data plans, and evolution of
competitive landscape in Atopic Dermatitis Integrate customer
insights from advisory boards, market research, and pre-approval
discussions into strategy, tools, and CVMEs to elevate brand value
and accelerate impact Provide key business/strategic plan inputs
(payer OPEX, partnering with finance around pricing, G2N, channel
strategy, access forecast) Develop integrated PRA measurement plan
with performance metrics for brand value, access, affordability,
and other BU-specific measures Provide US positioning and support
for NILEX and NME in partnership with NPP and Global PRA 3. Payer
Strategy & Market Access Execution Drive Ebglyss NILEX payer
strategy (Q8W, PAR, CRSwNP, Incretin) and payer launch preparation
activities (PIE discussions, Payer Launch LEP, etc…) Execute payer
pull-through strategy in partnership with Demand Realization and
HCP Marketing teams to support patients getting started on Ebglyss
and communicating access to HCPs through Field and digital channels
Support deal development and contracting strategy execution across
Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid channels Integrate
strategies across customer groups (GPO, Specialty Pharmacy,
National Accounts, HCO, OMG, Dermatology practices, HCPs,
consumers) into broader brand PRA strategy Identify pre- and
post-launch consumer leakage/process challenges and partner with
LPS, OTGS, Consumer, Channel, and LVA Central Functions to create
solutions that simplify and improve consumer experience 4.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Enablement Partner
with account, medical, and GPORWE teams to ensure value and access
strategy, value messages, and resources meet business and customer
needs—providing training and support as needed Provide brand
strategy input into co-pay/affordability programs and specialty
pharmacy channel strategies Support LSI/LVA training and consult on
meeting content, verbatims, and training materials Review and
approve branded communications to LVA field teams Provide PRA input
and insights to key cross-functional partners Support ideation and
execution of innovations to create brand innovation engine Basic
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • 3 years of
market access, finance, field or marketing experience Qualified
applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $169,500 -
$248,600 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
