At Ideal Transportation, We Put Our Driver s First! All Trucks are Freightliner Cascadia Equipped with Sirius XM Radio, Inverters, APU s, and Refrigerator 53 Flatbed and Step Deck Conestoga Trailers = NO TARPING! We go to all 48 states Exceptional Pay!

• .58 cents per mile (all loaded miles), and .48 cents per mile (all empty miles)
  • Most drivers average 3000 miles per week
  • Extra pay for detention, layovers, partial loads, extra stops, border crossing
  • PAID 1 day Orientation class
    • & Paid 2 day Securement class (only required for drivers with no previous experience pulling flatbed or step deck trailers)
    • We pay for Hotel Accommodations, Transportation, & $150 per class day
    • Weekly Direct Deposit Pay (W2)
    • Monthly Cell Phone Allowance
    • $500 Immediate Sign On Bonus
    • $500 Safe Driving Bonus (after 90 days with no incidents)
    • Referral BONUS: Refer an OTR driver to our company and we ll pay YOU $500 after they reach 90 days of employment with Ideal Transportation! Great Benefits!
