Our Adviser and Personal vectors currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial & Strategy Analyst to join the team on a 12m fixed term contract. This role is responsible for working alongside the broader Commercial & Strategy area to set-up and support the Vectors for commercial success. They will support with all key business case, business performance and benefits tracking activity. The liaison between the wider Vector and Commercial & Strategy area, a core focus will be to ensure there is a high degree of commercial acumen and understanding across these business areas, ensuring dedication to the wider Vectors' strategic objectives. Act as a key point of contact for all commercial questions/enquiries across the Vector(s) Support the modelling and analysis required to develop the relevant function business cases Support with analysis to undertake validation of benefit realisation with responsibility for overall tracking of Vector benefits Provide relevant support and input for Vector rate card negotiations Maintenance and ownership of business performance dashboards including reviewing how to bring this to life and inform the wider business Production and articulation of relevant MI and BI requirements between the Commercial & Strategy team and wider Vector functions Support with the creation of key material to feed into wider employee commercial acumen initiatives What we're looking for: Experience in undertaking analysis to assess the commercial impact and success of key business decisions An ability to clearly summarise business problems and data analysis, bringing problems and solutions to life in an easy to understand manner Can produce clear and digestible information for a variety of business partners. Excellent relationship building skills to help enable robust commercial decisions Ability to prioritise workload effectively according to wider strategic breakthroughs and initiatives Strong verbal and written communication skills Capability to work across a number of initiatives at one time, prioritising effectively Detail orientated with proven experience undertaking commercial data analysis There's more to working life than coming home with a good salary.
