Job Description:

Basic Function: Transports product via powered equipment for the receiving and shipping departments. Loads and unloads trailers, and transports both conveyable and non-conveyable product to proper storage location or processing department. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive inbound product and check accuracy of order. Generally spend majority of time operating powered equipment. Load or unload product from the trailer using appropriate powered equipment. Receive work orders and material movement instruction from PkMS system. Lift product on to conveyor for movement, or transport product to proper location for storage, processing or shipment. Responsible for maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in the department. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by area supervisor. Must demonstrate flexibility to work in other production areas as determined by distribution needs.
