Job Description:
Are you a technology professional or someone looking to take

professionals with excellent customer service skills to join our
team of legal technology exerts. -Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivering and picking up client workstations and network
equipment
- Going to client sites for guided hands-on tech support
- Work to solve client issues and understand when to escalate to
senior staff
- Own tickets from initial contact through resolution - Internal
and external support requests by phone, email, or chat
- On-call support schedule (rotating evenings and weekends)
- Basic understanding of desktop operating systems
- Basic understanding of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting

- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly motivated and team oriented
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks
- A passion for learning and supporting technology
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
- Basic knowledge of server-based operating systems
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including wireless
security standards -Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CompTIA A+
- Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
and be willing to travel within Indianapolis and surrounding
areas
- The ability to type 40 to 50 words per minute (wpm)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. when needed -Pay and Benefits
- Salary range $27,000 - $30,000
