Job Description:

General Summary: Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft D365 systematic inventory control data and information.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Active leader of the Inventory Control team
  • Report and identify sources of D365 malfunction or software issues; troubleshoot, test, and work with IT to remedy
  • Provide specialized user support services. Train and assist other members of the finance team as needed
  • Manage the coordination and resolution of D365 inventory system batch failures
  • Assist in design, testing, and project management for D365 enhancement projects
  • Heavily involved in financial reporting for the company
  • Communicate with employees at all levels of the company, including leadership within each department
    Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
  • Ability to read and operate a computer, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
  • Sitting required for up to 90% of the daily work schedule.
  • Viewing a computer screen for up to 90% of the work time.
  • Operating a computer keyboard for up to 90% of the work time. Reports ToInventory Control Manager
