for Building Engineer / HVAC Technician positions with the world's
largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.
Position Details Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $65K-$70K base
pay OT (hourly OT) Work Schedule: M-F - 6:15am - 3:15pm Vaccine:
Required Position Description As a Building Engineer / HVAC
Technician, you will operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and
electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems in assigned
facilities to achieve most efficient results. You will assure that
equipment is being maintained in a safe manner and will minimize
downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled
maintenance. Responsibilities will include: --- Comply with all
applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company
directives related to building operations and work safety. ---
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated
equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems,
building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it
pertains to assigned building(s). --- Inspect building HVAC and
plumbing systems to ensure operation of equipment is within design
capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by
client. --- Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive
maintenance. Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
--- Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional
assistance as needed. --- Review historical maintenance records to
develop proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance
schedule. --- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner and follow
prescribed routines to service locations in a timely manner. ---
Perform other duties as assigned.
