HIP Fleet Manager - Homeless Initiative Program - Part Time Position

Job Description:

The Homeless Initiative Program (HIP) Fleet Manager contributes to HIP's Mission by ensuring that all HIP vehicles are in proper repair, have been serviced as recommended, are cleaned inside and out, and are full of gas at least one time per week. The Fleet Manager will primarily work to service and gas vehicles on Wednesday mornings unless otherwise arranged for a specific repair. The Fleet Manager will service cars from both HIP Northeast and HIP Northwest locations.Key Expected OutcomesCoordinate vehicle care with HIP Office Manager to ensure no disruption to HIP services. Maintain vehicle checks for gas and regular maintenance at least weekly.Is responsible to managing all receipts in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrates flexibility to address emergency vehicle needs as they arise. Critical Skills, Knowledge and BehaviorsAble to prioritize, organize tasks and time, and follow up. Drivers of privately-owned vehicles must have valid driver's license and meet state required automobile insurance minimums. May be required to show proof.
