and our teams.Job Summary:The Credit Analyst has responsibility for
managing all credit and collection of customer accounts in North
America. This integral role interacts with all levels of the
organization to ensure compliance and company finance requirements
and goals are achieved. The Credit Analyst reports directly to the
Accounting Manager and is based at our Corporate HQ in
IndianapolisResponsibilities:Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare credit reviews and approve limits up to assigned
authority.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of accounts in an assigned portfolio
to manage risk and opportunity.
- Ensuring Customers are in compliance with terms agreed upon and
that customers are billed correctly
- Collection and Resolution of irregularities, short payments,
disputes, missing payments and customer inquiries.
- Rectification of all disputed items on assigned accounts
- Contacts customers on past due invoices
- Runs credit limits and sets appropriate limits per credit
reports for new and existing customers
- Manages credit holds and sends out daily credit hold report to
internal sales and customer service teams
- Drives weekly internal credit meetings
- Other duties as requiredCompliance:
- Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental
policies, procedures and arrangements
- Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents,
incidents and near misses promptly
- Acts in a safe and responsible manner at all times Problem

- Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and
development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self
and the business
- Assists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other

or guidance Qualifications/Desired Skills:Education and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related
fieldExperience:
- 3-5 years credit and collection experience
- Advanced Excel and SAP experience preferredKnowledge, Skills
and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the
ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and
priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to flex own style as needed to influence and drive
results
- Ability to work within a multi-functional, global
organizational structure and exhibits robust interpersonal
skills
- Self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced
environment
- Critical thinking skills and analytical abilities which allow
assessments of situations and opportunities
- Demonstrated knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis
leadership
- Excellent proficiency within Microsoft products (Outlook,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
