We are a water mitigation, mold restoration, fire & rebuild construction company with a reputation for unparalleled customer service. We have an opening for an energetic, responsible, IICRC certified water technician to help us provide excellent service to our customers.

We work hard. We get dirty. We have a little fun.

What you will do:
Provide customer service
Provide water mitigation services using MWR techniques
Drive service vehicles (Box trucks, vans, etc.)
Setup and monitor remediation/drying equipment
Complete project paperwork
Provide leadership to a team (teach, coach, mentor, and help problem-solve)
Wear PPE and work along with your team in confined spaces
Xactimate & Moisture Mapper software knowledge a plus
Other tasks as needed

You must have:
Positive attitude is required
Valid driver's license with a good record
Ability to work flexible hours (We are a 24/7 company)
IICRC Certified (Minimum WTR Certification or ACAC Equivalent or Industry Experience Equivalent)
Desire to help others
Outstanding customer service skills
Motivation for personal and professional growth
Willingness to help the entire company team when needed
