Title: Maintenance Member

Description: Primarily responsible for machine controls, automation, VFD and servo controls, computer hardware/software trouble shooting, improvement and integration.

Instructs, troubleshoots, programs, and repairs complex machinery, electrical systems, and robotics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain & trouble shoot machine controls with emphasis on down time reduction.
• Analyze malfunctioning machines and systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, etc.)
• Analyze equipment & processes for improvement of safety, quality, cycle time & reliability.
• Provide assistance to maintenance & production engineering members when needed.
• Read PLC/HMI programs.
• Assist production engineering in equipment design & ECI's.
  Qualifications:
  
  • Strong electrical controls, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic background
  • Ability to be 'hands on' and work in mechanically orientated situations
    Education/Experience
    
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Technical Degree is helpful
