Looking to start a fulfilling career in the trades? No experience, no problem! Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical is a growing organization with an opening for a Lead HVAC Installer. This is an entry-level position that allows for growth and advancement within the company.
Pay: $30/hr or more DOE

    Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am -4:00 pm with an hour for lunch. Some overtime is needed.
    Required Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
      
    • Pass a pre-employment drug and background check
      
    • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
      
    • 4+ years of experience in HVAC Installation
      
    • Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to work with hand and power tools
      
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with clients
      
    • Must have completed HVAC Certification through trade school
      
    • Possess a Universal EPA Certification
      
    • Possess both written and verbal communication skills
      
    • Ability to follow directions as given, written and verbal
      
    • NATE Core Certification
      
    • Ability to supervise, train, and lead a crew of installers and apprentices
      
    • Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions
