Job DescriptionConagra Brands - Indianapolis, is looking to add to our production team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. and report to the production team lead. Machine operators safely operate equipment to produce quality product, clean equipment, and other tasks to support packaging and process areas.Compensation:Starting pay $22.75/hour plus shift differentials for nights, 2nd and 3rd shift.Shifts Available:Night Shift is 6PM - 6:30AM rotating M-W for 3 weeks then Th-S for 3 weeks.You Will:Safely operate, perform preventative maintenance, and perform corrective maintenance on plant machinery to exceed planned performance measures.Perform quality checks as specified in procedures.Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training.Follow all training documents for job on assigned line.Participate in cleaning processes.Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly.Participate in all plant audits for assigned area.Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).All other tasks or projects as assigned by the shift supervisor or the operations manager.You Have:Desire to work in food manufacturing environment.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds.Our Benefits:We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insuranceWealth: great pay, incentive opportunity, matching 401(k) and stock purchase planGrowth: online courses, virtual and classroom development experiencesBalance: paid-time off, parental leave, flexible work-schedules (subject to your location and role)Our Company:Conagra Brands is one of North America's leading branded food companies.
