Overview:Williams Comfort Air is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Inside Sales Manager will develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through the call center, and to generate sales opportunities for our technicians at Williams Comfort Air/ Mr. Plumber. They will identify new business opportunities, lead and develop a team of inside sales reps, and drive growth in sales, set sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals. This person needs to be energetic, sales-oriented, driving, and creative.Develop objectives for the inside sales teams day-to-day activitiesConduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standardsHelp to create an effective sales and lead generation strategy (sales calls, appointment setting, etc.)Monitor and improve employee outbound call handlingEvaluate team performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)Prepare reports for different departments or upper managementQualifications:Do I Have What it Takes?Bachelor's degree in any realm that would highlight sales or management ability highly desired3+ years proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets for self and teamExtensive understanding of sales specific to HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Flexibility to travel as needed (Less than 10%)Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
