motivated Operational Support Manager for an opportunity in
Indianapolis, IN USA!Position Title: Operational Support

Requirements:
- Associate degree and 8 years of experience in supply chain,
engineering, quality or operations, OR
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in supply chain,
engineering, quality or operations, OR
- Master's degree and 4 years of experience in supply chain,
engineering, quality or operations, OR
- JD/PhD degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain,
engineering, quality or operations, OR
- 10 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality,
or operations, in lieu of a degree
- In order to be considered eligible for consideration, you must
be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Must Have's:
- Great Communication Skills
- Manufacturing Experience
- Plant & Control KnowledgeThe Operations Support team was
established in 2019 as a team who support the global Civil supply
chain to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk using a set of
processes and techniques developed within the team to turbocharge
solutions. You will support the Supplier Management Teams with the
deployment and coaching of the Production System to drive supply
chain performance at all levels. Under the leadership of the Global
Head of Operations Support the team works with specific suppliers
or plants to define the support program and provide transparency on
resources and activities required to address performance issues.
They dedicate their time with the specific supply chain, leading
the execution of the support program and integrate across
organizational boundaries to deliver it. In this role you will
travel up to 75% domestically with limited international travel for
training.What you will be doing:

Requirements
- Previous operational/manufacturing, planning & control, program
management, engineering, and SMT knowledge/experience
- Experience using SAP
- Experience with Project/Program Management
