We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-spec cleanrooms and controlled environments. You'll be the on-site quarterback for projects supporting clients in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing industries.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage turnkey projects from kickoff to closeout - including cleanrooms, labs, metrology suites, and technical spaces

- Coordinate subcontractors, internal trades, equipment vendors, and MEP systems

- Maintain accountability across timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards

- Oversee compliance with ISO and regulatory cleanliness standards

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal teams

- Lead with confidence in dynamic environments where precision drives performance



You're a Fit If You Have:

- 5+ years in construction project management - ideally with mid-sized GC or technical build firm

- Experience in cleanroom, lab, or other controlled-environment construction

- Strong understanding of HVAC integration, ISO cleanroom classifications, and specialty finishes

- Confidence managing high-spec builds where detail and sequence are everything

- Solid communication, scheduling, and documentation skills (Procore or similar experience a plus)

- Desire to lead on-site, solve problems quickly, and work with a purpose-built team

- Willingness to travel regionally if needed (minimal overnight)
