Duration: 3-Months Contract to hire

Max Pay rate: $24.00/hr

Requires travel in Dayton, OH metro area and out of state for sites requiring coverage (Mileage and Expenses covered), which may require multiple days' stay near coverage location.

Background, Drug, and Citizenship screening requirements

Per Federal Law, Marijuana is part of the drug screening process and not permitted even if authorized locally.



US Citizenship required for GE Aerospace due to Export Control Government regulations.



GE Aerospace requires First Advantage background check be run on the Enterprise Advantage platform under account number 836245.



Confirmation of background check will be required on the form of confirmation number ending in "A" listed in the FADV summary pdf once all the checks have all been completed. Finally, the GE Security form will need to be provided confirming appropriate checks have been ran (attached to WO).

What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?

Work as a floating technician in the local metro to help with coverage during time off, leave of absences, backfilling onsite technician, special projects, and any additional coverage needs to ensure operational stability for our customer.

Coverage includes sites outside of the metro so associates must be willing to travel out of state multiple days/weeks. We expect this to not be a frequent ask but will be a requirement of the job

Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.

Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals. Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware.

Experience with asset management. Install, move, add, and change. Large IMAC events expected for client printer migration and PC refreshes

Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.

Comfortable with face to face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person at the customers site

Back up and burn end user data.

Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes. Assist other coworkers in resolution of end users' technical issues across the program and providing assistance with mentoring new employees

Assist Site Leader in the execution of established processes and escalations.

Ability to handle multiple projects

Experience working in enterprise environment.



How many overall years of experience should this person have, and do they need any specific certifications?

Candidates should have 2-4 years' experience supporting PC Hardware and software, mandatory travel with expenses paid through company. Flexible depending on availability of talent in the area. Please notify CCCWF team if this requirement is challenging.

Must be able to work in any of the four locations in the Dayton area no more than 30 minutes apart.
Beavercreek, Vandalia, University of Dayton, and Dayton

Mileage provided in the event of unscheduled coverage of another site that requires leave main work location during shift
Mileage provided in the event cover site outside of the Dayton, OH metro
Airfare/Rental provided in the event cover site in another state or locally exceeding mileage provision
Meals, lodging, rental, and associated travel fees provided by the company
Otherwise, associates would be working from one primary location in
