Retail Associate Summary/Company Information: A family-owned and operated pool and spa company located in Johnson County is hiring Retail Front Counter Associates! Duties will include the following: Greet/Assist customers and respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints Test pool water samples from customers Organize shelves and displays and sell merchandise Perform inventory counts, stock inventory, and rotate stock as needed Balance cash drawer, make deposits, and separate charge slips and vouchers Maintain database of customer information with accuracy Other duties as delegated by management Customer Service Associate's Pay/Benefits: $18/hr No late nights and a fun work environment! Schedule: *34-38 hours weekly. Must have availability to work during the following hours of operation: Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 11am - 7pm & Saturday 9am - 4pm Similar to a retail schedule so must be available for both shifts as needed Requirements: Experience in customer service or retail sales required Self-motivated, eager to learn, and reliable! Personable and professional with the ability to communicate effectively Able to take direction well and retain product knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel Point of Sale system experience a huge plus!
