This is a sales position intended to train qualified individuals to assume responsibilities in individual branch responsibilities including: exhibit advanced Salesmanship, establishing superior Customer Service, improve customer relations, and brand building via telecommunications.Compensation/Benefits:* Guaranteed Base Salary + Commission per vehicle purchased = Ability to make up to $50K+ per year* Work-life balance featuring a 5 day workweek and never Sundays!* Benefits Package (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k with discretionary match, Life/STD/LTD) offered after 90 days of continuous full-time service* Paid Time Off and Floating Holidays* Advancement OpportunitiesResponsibilities:* Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the webuyanycar.com selling process* Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network* Meet daily phone and email quota* Maintain a prospect development system* Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction* Ability to work independently* Meet weekly/monthly purchase quota* Perform additional duties as requiredQualifications/Requirements:* Professional candidates with great communication skills* Highly Organized* Strong phone skills* Be able to create and maintain customer relationships* Highly Motivated and Striving to Succeed* Self-Starter* Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic* Valid, state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violations during the past three (3) years including, but not limited to, DUI and DWI.
