role is an established position representing TRIUNE's full suite of
services.Seeking candidates with high energy and a service

prospects the right way. There is a ton of business to be had, and
it goes to the one who attacks it with the most vitality and best
interpersonal skills. Tells us the number one reason why we should
hire you as a Senior Sales Executive.This is a regional position so
you will make phone and email contacts, confirm and execute sales
meetings with customers, build relationships, create value, and
most importantly make it rain! This team of Senior Sales Executives
puts a lot of emphasis in disciplined sustained activity. You need
to be comfortable making outbound cold calls and sending personal
emails to prospects. Following up with your pipeline will be
key.The expectations for being a sales champion are high! You will
have the opportunity for UNLIMITED commission and a competitive
base. There are some incoming leads, but you will mostly be
responsible for drumming up new business.Show us that you want the
position. Resourcefulness and ingenuity go a long
way.Requirements:You have to be very competitive and motivated to
get results on your own.You have to have an attitude of customer
service.This is not order taking but consistent service and value
based selling.A strong desire to make a large income and be
motivated by big commissions and a constant drive to grow your own
financial goals.Sales experience preferred, but not necessary, and
a proven track record of cold calling, prospecting, question based
sales style, utilizing references, acquiring and converting
referrals, pipeline management, follow through, asking for the
sale, lead conversion, drip campaigns, and preventing buyer's
remorse.Personal Growth: A proven habit of reading business books,
sales books, listening to motivational podcasts, and following
blogs designed to help you sharpen your skills every day.Experience
in B2B sales and comfort talking with hard charging, aggressive and
demanding potential prospects is helpful.You must be teachable and
willing to try new processes and learn from your Senior Sales
Executive team.You must be a team player and be just as excited
about growing the team's unity as you are about growing your
commission check.You have to be very passionate about what TRIUNE
Health Group is committed to and believe in our mission and
culture.Knowledge and experience in the workers' compensation
insurance industry is a plus.Be able to show sales numbers, closing
ratios, activity logs, reports, etc.., validating previous sales
experience.This position will require at least 50% local
