Territory Sales Rep - Precision Agriculture Exciting opportunity to participate in the next evolution in prescriptive application solutions. Amvac's SIMPAS technology uses agronomic analyses from a variety of data sources to develop prescriptions that are precisely and variably applied in-furrow at planting. Job Purpose:Become the subject matter expert in SIMPAS Applied Solutions (SaS) products to create demand and find new business opportunities. Team with SIMPAS Technical Representatives, farmers and retailers to provide solutions best suited for your territory. What you will do:Generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation & qualificationEducate & recommend SIMPAS products; Define opportunities for SIMPAS solutionsIdentify prospective farmers interested in Precision Agriculture and improving net incomeEstablish and support Retail Agents; make sales calls and attend community eventsMeet quarterly sales objectives; communicate and provide feedback to manager & team members Skills & Qualification3+ years' experience in agriculture / new-business crop input salesExcellent Presentation skills; Developing and Delivering meaningful presentationsSales Planning, Territory Management, Prospecting & Track record of meeting Sales GoalsAbility for over-night travel / Up to 30% in the territoryBENEFITS:Salary + Company Vehicle + BonusMedical / Dental / Vision plans at low out-of-pocket costs 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with employer matchingEmployee Stock Purchase Plan with employee discountVacation, Sick & Holiday Payand, moreIf you have experience building a territory and a background in Precision Agriculture / Technology - submit your resume today for immediate consideration.
