Earn up to $15.50/ hour as a Front Desk Hotel Agent at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, Marriott Downtown Indianapolis and other award-winning, Marriott-brand hotels. Your main role is to create memorable experiences for every guest - from arrival to check out. Multiple hotels in the city = more opportunities for career growth and diversity. All shifts available. Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as necessary. based on experience and property.

The Front Desk Hotel Agent will welcome and register guests, providing flawless service, anticipating and exceeding expectations to resolve issues
Expertly understand and share information about hotel services, amenities, and the city
Follow all processes and procedures, including handling guest information and payment information
