Below is a description of some of the projects an intern may expect during the course of their internship.Pathology Lab Sales Department Projects (What you will learn):
    • Develop a new template for sales forecasting
    • Help with the creation of metro strategies to deploy to field sales teams
    • Help with the organization of data within our current platformsKey Responsibilities:As an Intern with the Pathology Lab Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to work with the sales leadership teams in the development and/or deployment of effective sales strategies to the field sales teams. A few examples of this are:
      • Organizing/analyzing sales data to spot trends/opportunities for sales growth
      • Collaborating with sales leadership, field sales teams, marketing, and other internal groups on various projects
      • Help with the deployment of any sales strategies and/or major initiativesWho are you (Qualifications):
        • Targeting undergraduate interns majoring in business or science related fields.
        • Experience with the Google suite of products, strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, graphic design and a knowledge of business to business sales are preferred.
        • Desire GPA 3.0 or higher.
        • Previous work experience preferred.
        • Student organization and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.
        • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

          • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university during the program calendar year 2024.
          • Intensive full-time, 12-week paid internship.
          • Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

          • Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives.
          • Professional & personal development curriculum throughout the program, including networking opportunities, workshops, and panel discussions.
          • Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities.
          • Paired with a 1:1 mentor through the Roche Young Professionals Business Resource Group.
          • Access to on-site fitness and wellness center (subject to change).
