Compensation: Base + Aggressive Commission $30,000 Base + $50,000-$75,000 OTE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day on the dialer

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
--- Pound the dialer for 8 hours/day, talking to warm and cold leads
--- Turn skeptical sellers into real conversations
--- Uncover pain, qualify motivation, and move leads through the pipeline
--- Build fast rapport using tone, pace, mirroring, and empathy
--- Follow up relentlessly until you get the answer-yes or no
--- Work directly with the acquisitions team to push deals to the table
--- Own your pipeline and your numbers-no excuses
--- Stay late if a deal's hot. Show up early if your pipeline's cold.

Qualifications:
What You'll Earn
--- Base salary + Commission ($30,000 + $50,000-$70,000 OTE)
--- Top performers track toward management, profit share, and investment ops

--- 2-4 signed contracts/month by Month 3
--- You track your KPIs and improve them weekly
--- You own your pipeline like it's your name on the company
--- You ask for feedback before it's given
