We're looking for a detail-oriented Enrollment Sales Associate in Terre Haute. This essential role in the Frontier Residential campaign will directly involve you in guiding residents through the final stages of acquiring essential internet, TV, and phone services, ensuring a smooth and accurate enrollment process. As a Enrollment Sales Associate, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, learning to effectively present final service details, clarify terms, and meticulously complete the enrollment process for new customers. You'll develop expertise in navigating the sign-up journey, addressing last-minute questions, and ensuring a seamless transition for individuals activating Frontier's offerings. Key Responsibilities of the Enrollment Sales Associate: Participate in a structured training program to develop a deep understanding of Frontier's residential service offerings, pricing, and promotional details. Learn to effectively guide potential residential customers through the final stages of the sales process, including presenting a summary of services and benefits. Guide customers through enrollment, accurately gather required information, and ensure compliant completion of all forms. Address last-minute questions, concerns, or objections from customers, providing clear, concise, and persuasive information to facilitate successful enrollment. Verify eligibility for specific promotions or service bundles, ensuring customers receive the correct offerings. Ensure all customer and sales data is accurately entered and adheres to company guidelines and industry regulations. Educate new customers on the next steps for service activation, installation, and how to begin utilizing their new Frontier services effectively. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets and quality assurance metrics. Collaborate closely with sales leads, customer service, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to active service. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions to continuously refine skills in sales closing, attention to detail, and customer service.
