opportunity for a Director/VP (depending on experience) for Inside
Sales. This position could be based in Mountaintop, Goodyear, Mason
or Troy. In this position, the successful candidate will perform
the following job responsibilities: Develop metrics and reports
that identify customer service levels and improvement
opportunities. Monitor and analyze daily and monthly customer
service performance utilizing measurable tracking tools. Report to
Executive Staff monthly performance. Establish accountability
programs to ensure customer service employees are providing leading
edge service, which includes shipping and delivery commitments,
problem resolution, and advanced communication skills. Address and
resolve complex customer issues that are escalated to the director
level. Develop and revise procedures and programs designed to
improve performance and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct annual EPPR goal formation and evaluation with direct
reports. Oversee EPPR process for entire division, assisting with
the formation of measurable goals and establishing accountability.
Coach and mentor direct reports with the objective of enhancing
individual and/or group performance. Work with training staff to
develop and present professional growth training programs. Assist
with sales and operational planning, through the evaluation and
analysis of prior business trends. Maintain close contact with
Field Sales team and dealers to obtain information regarding
product malfunctions, service requirements, customer requests and
other conditions. Partner with the Sales and Operations Divisions
and make recommendations to resolve service problems. Review and
approve service fees, expenses, part replacement charges, and
warranty conditions. Maintain industry knowledge through
professional associations, formal education, trade show attendance,
and subscription to trade periodicals. Fully support and promote
the various sales, marketing, and educational initiatives (i.e. use
of RFIs, value engineering, etc.). Develop annual budget for
executive staff review. Maintain operating standards to assure
compliance with allocation. A four-year college degree with a
concentration in business, finance, or other related field. A
minimum of six years' experience in customer service. Demonstrated
ability in developing and executing business plans, leveraging
analytics for performance management, leading an operational
organization and managing customer relationships in support of
revenue and EBITDA growth. Demonstrated ability to interface at all
levels of the organization and work in a fast-paced environment.
