We’re looking for a global-minded Business Development
Representative to help identify and qualify international prospects
across key markets. You’ll play a critical role at the top of the
sales funnel—engaging potential distributor partners, gathering
insights, and helping shape the go-to-market strategy in real time.
This is an onsite role where you’ll collaborate closely with Sales
Leadership to build new processes, test messaging, and help drive

growing team Job Details What You’ll Do: Conduct outbound outreach
(emails, calls, follow-ups) to identify and qualify international
leads Research global markets, distributors, and ICPs across
multiple product categories Partner with Sales Leadership to
coordinate prospect meetings at major global events Track lead
activity and insights using Salesforce and other tools Help define
what makes a lead “qualified” as we build and refine internal
processes Support ongoing improvements in the outreach process and
global sales strategy Stay current on industry trends, product
knowledge, and competitor activity What You Bring: 2 years in
sales, business development, or sales support—ideally with outbound
or international experience Bilingual required: Fluent English one
of the following: Spanish (preferred), German, French, Italian, or
Portuguese Skilled in LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other
sales tools Strong communicator who listens well, builds trust, and
asks the right questions Process-oriented but flexible—you're
comfortable helping build from the ground up Self-motivated and
goal-driven with strong time management and organizational skills
