We’ll Need From You As a Retail Customer Service Representative,
you are expected to work on the following: As the primary point of
contact, you will engage directly with customers, actively
listening to their concerns and inquiries to identify their
specific telecommunication needs. You will continuously educate
yourself on AT&T's diverse range of offerings, including mobile
plans, internet services, entertainment packages, and current
promotional deals, to provide accurate and comprehensive
information to customers. Utilizing your product knowledge and
understanding of customer needs, you will proactively present and
recommend suitable AT&T products, services, and bundled
packages, aiming to meet sales targets. You will guide customers
through the sales process, assisting them with order placement,
securely processing payments, and ensuring all necessary forms are
accurately completed. You will address customer issues and
complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift and
satisfactory resolutions to maintain positive customer
relationships. You will showcase the features and benefits of
AT&T products and services through engaging demonstrations,
helping customers visualize how these solutions can enhance their
daily lives. You will contribute to maintaining a welcoming and
professional store environment by ensuring the sales floor, product
displays, and customer areas are consistently clean, tidy, and
well-organized. You will support inventory management by assisting
with regular stock counts, receiving new shipments, and ensuring
products are properly displayed and restocked as needed. You will
actively monitor industry developments, new product launches, and
service updates from AT&T and competitors to remain a
knowledgeable resource for customers and adapt to evolving market
demands.
