Harris Products Group, a Lincoln Electric company, has an
outstanding opportunity for an OEM Account Manager supporting our
Mason, Ohio location. The OEM Account Manager will actively manage
and grow the business portfolio, drive Harris and OEM strategic
initiatives and build key relationships throughout each
organization to grow sales by increasing Harris’s wallet share
among our core products. Products include Brazing & Soldering
consumables, Copper, and Aluminum Fabricated Parts, & Gas
Equipment. Candidates MUST be located within the Greater Cincinnati
Region What You Will Do - Achieve targets set for revenue, profit
and sales growth - Actively manage and grow an existing
multi-million portfolio - Manage end user accounts (direct or
through distribution) - Responsible for retention and growth of
existing business - Develop & manage strategic business
relationships in all accounts within portfolio at a corporate level
and across various local sites - Prospecting, research and
development of new accounts, markets for growth opportunities. -
Build and deliver the Harris Value Proposition to accounts within
portfolio - Provide end-user training support and promote all
Harris products with a special focus on Braze Training and Gas
Apparatus Safety - Continuing to develop skills needed to lead
complex business negotiations - Works with cross-functional
internal team for new product or service solutions for end users
within portfolio - Collaborate with other team members to grow and
acquire new business Education & Experience Requirements -
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering strongly preferred;
five years industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Above-average sales performance over the last three years. -
Self-motivated, aggressive, and strong record of making principal
based business decisions with the ability to work independently. -
Continuing to build knowledge of financials, products/services, the
market or account needs - Willingness and ability to travel
approximately two weeks per month - Ability & willingness to travel
throughout North America - Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay
Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
- Candidates MUST be located within the Greater Cincinnati Region
Preferred Skills - Knowledge of HVAC industry, products and
mechanical aptitude - Ability to read and understand drawings -
