Job Description Job Description Salary: 20-25 Asa member of the
inside sales teamat First Star Safety,theobjectiveofthe
thiswill-call support personnelisto oversee the sales operations in
the warehouse and storage yard. This role is central to ensuring
that our clients receive the construction safety equipment they
need ina timelyand efficient manner.The ideal candidate will have a
solid understanding of customer service, sales processes, and the
construction safety industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and
manage the Will Call counter, ensuring prompt service to customers
picking up orders. Assistcustomers in product selection based on
their specific needs. Process andfulfillwill call orders promptly.
Handle customer inquiries in a timelyand professional manner,
whether in-person, over the phone, or via email. Check itemsto be
delivered and coordinate when they need to be delivered. Accurately
process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, and returns.
Ensure product knowledge is current andup-to-dateacross all items
in the inventory. Monitor inventory levels in the will call area,
alerting the purchasing department of potential stock shortages.
Stay updated on current sales promotions, product features, and
associated benefits. Act as a liaison between customers and the
organization's sales and customer service departments, ensuring
seamless communication. Participate in regular training sessions
and team meetings to enhance skills and foster team unity.
Assistwith special projects ortasks asneeded to support the overall
organization'sobjectives. Perform other duties as assigned to
ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the will call and
sales department. Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a
plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably
in construction, safety or related industry. Strong computer and
email skills Proficiencyin using CRM systems and Point of Sale
(POS) software. Experience using Adobe is aplus Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and
handle busy periods efficiently. Knowledge of construction safety
equipment is an advantage. Soft Skills: Communication: Proficient
in both conveying and receiving information,facilitatingtransparent
discussions with stakeholders and clients. Time Management:
Consistently meets deadlines by efficiently prioritizing and
allocating time. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Aptitude for
analyzing challenges and formulating effective solutions, even
under stress. Team Collaboration: An inclusive approach, valuing

based on changing project or market conditions. Abilities: Possess
all auditory, speaking and communicatingcapabilities Must pass a
Motor Vehicle Report Physical requirements: sitting, standing,
walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling,lifting up
to 50 lbs., seeingandreading All FSS employeesare required tocomply
withour Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of
employment. FSS may condition offers of employment upon taking and
passing of a post-offer/pre-employment drug screen.
