seeks an Advisor - Chemistry (R5-R6) to provide leadership in the
establishment and maintenance of Quality Systems. Develop
analytical control strategies including reference materials.
Develop, verify, quality, and validate methods to support
in-process, release, characterization analysis and stability
testing of active pharmaceutical ingredient and drug products.
Introduce new methodologies for optimization of existing modalities
or develop control strategies for new modalities. Interface with
discovery, toxicology, manufacturing, and CMC functions. Utilize
informatics interfaces and ensure appropriate documentation of
analytical work and deliverables. LI-DNI Position requires a
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Biochemistry,
Manufacturing, or a related field followed by 5 years of
progressively responsible experience with product development
within a laboratory or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Experience must include a
minimum of: 5 years of experience with overseeing analytical method
validation protocols and validation reports; 5 years of experience
reviewing calibration records, scheduling management, and managing
R&D projects; 5 years of experience developing and validating
methods for pharmaceutical drugs and molecules; 5 years of
experience with overseeing and supporting cGMP analytical testing
for clinical trial materials, primary stability studies, and
technology transfer of analytical methods and techniques to
third-party testing laboratories; 5 years of experience with
advanced separation techniques including HPLC, UPLC, and SEC; 5
years of experience with Spectra-analytical techniques including
Colorimetry, Infra-Red, and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometry;
and 5 years of experience managing and quality control and
assurance systems, and facilitating, planning, and implanting
Change Controls, Observations, and Deviation investigations. 15%

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $168,514
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
