This role will oversee all safety protocols and procedures across the organization, ensuring all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations. The Safety Manager will develop and implement safety training programs, conduct accident investigations, and manage all safety-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our company's overall safety culture. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs that meet regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety within the organization. 2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. 3. Lead accident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 4. Provide safety training and development programs for all employees, ensuring they understand and follow all safety procedures. 5. Collaborate with management to develop strategic safety plans, set safety goals, and monitor performance. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry practices, ensuring the company is always in compliance. 7. Prepare and present safety reports and statistical data to management, identifying trends and recommending improvements. 8. Manage the company's driver training program, ensuring all drivers meet necessary safety requirements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, including driver training, safety management, training and development, and accident investigation. 3. Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and industry best practices. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage others in safety initiatives. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex safety information in a clear and understandable manner. 6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify safety trends and develop effective safety strategies. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other safety management software. 8.
