Receivable Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented
and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance
team. This position plays a key role in managing and improving the
Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely collections, accurate
invoicing, and effective account reconciliation. Key
Responsibilities: Process and manage all incoming payments in
alignment with the Accounts Receivable policy. Perform collection
activities on past-due accounts, maintaining positive client
relationships. Prepare and send customer invoices, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness in the Accounts Receivable process. Monitor
aging reports and follow up with clients to reduce days sales
outstanding (DSO). Reconcile customer accounts and resolve
discrepancies efficiently within the Accounts Receivable ledger.
Assist in month-end closing and reporting related to Accounts
Receivable balances and KPIs. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create
reports, track receivables, and analyze payment trends. Collaborate
with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure proper
Accounts Receivable documentation. Qualifications: 1-2 years of
experience in an Accounts Receivable or general accounting role.
Strong understanding of collections procedures and customer
communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot
tables preferred). Excellent attention to detail and time
management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle,
NetSuite). Knowledge of GAAP as it relates to Accounts Receivable
