Staff Accountant - Non-Profit Organization Location:
Indianapolis, IN Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 PTO: 10 Weeks Annually

organization in Indianapolis is seeking a Staff Accountant to join
their dedicated team. This is a mission-driven organization that

of paid time off each year. What You'll Do: Handle day-to-day
accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations,
and general ledger maintenance Assist with monthly, quarterly, and
annual close processes Support the preparation of financial reports
and grant compliance documentation Collaborate with program teams
to ensure accurate financial tracking of budgets and expenditures
Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with
accounting standards and policies What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2 years of
accounting experience (non-profit experience is a plus, but not
required) Solid understanding of GAAP Strong attention to detail
and organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and
