Accounting Professional BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Accounting Professional in Indianapolis, IN 46225 Job Title: Accounting Professional Duration: 12 Months Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP (Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.) Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week) Pay Range: $25-$27.21/hr (Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: * Primary function is to assist Billing/Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with audit requests (mainly pulling documentation as needed) * Assist Billing Specialist with processing invoices as needed * Assist Billing Specialist with setting up contracts in SAP as needed * Assist Billing Manager with process documentation and other ad hoc duties * Customer Service Skills * Able to work in a team environment as well as independently Preferred * Prior audit experience * Prior billing experience * SAP experience preferred * Functional Technical Skills * Customer Focus * Drive for Results * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field * Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Software Interviews will be Virtual Top 3 Priority Skills - Government experience and billing government contracts. - Seeking to find someone that is flexible and able to do the job requirements - CSR experience. 3-5 yrs exp- mid career This position will be HYBRID going into the office two days a week (or more if necessary) Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
