Job Description:
Provide a daily client update including project progress report
and photographs; keep a daily log of what took place on-site for
each project. Communicate with the client daily about the project
and be prepared to answer their questions. Client Details My client

projects of lasting value. Description The Superintendent will:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning
to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time and within
budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other
construction professionals. Ensure compliance with safety
regulations and building codes. Manage construction schedules and
project progress. Resolve any issues that may arise during the
construction process. Conduct regular site inspections. Profile The
Successful Superintendent 5 years experience as an Construction
Superintendent in the commercial space Commercial project
experience preferred Familiarity with construction management
software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills
