Position Overview: We're hiring a Service Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience and working knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint. This role handles scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication to keep our service team running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch service calls Enter and update work orders in Vista Communicate with customers and field technicians Track job progress and follow up as needed Assist with billing, invoicing, and daily reporting Requirements: 5 years in a service coordinator or dispatcher role (plumbing/construction industry preferred) Proficient in Vista by Viewpoint Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment What We Offer: Competitive pay Family-oriented work culture PTO, paid holidays, and long-term stability
