We bring you Tomorrow's opportunity, today. Volt is immediately hiring a Procurement Assistant in Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 As a Procurement Assistant - you will be responsible for. Responsibilities: Analyze spend and support purchasing Team through sourcing analytics Track purchase orders, ocean freight shipments, and delivery dates Reconcile SAP forecast coverage in collaboration with demand planning Strategically manage cashew and egg categories to deliver against company goals and category objectives Develop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders to lead improvements with R&I, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver against company goals. Creation of POs, pricing updates on contracts, and invoice resolution Provide finance stakeholders analytical purchasing details on budget discrepancies Support and provide data input for stakeholder requests through collaborating and partnering with other CAMs to leverage skill and scale. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Strong communication skills with business acumen Excel and Power Point experience Job Title: Procurement Assistant Job Location: Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 Duration: 3 months Shift Time : 1st Shift Pay range: $22.00/hr. - $25.00/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
