Job Description:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable

Mounters are to follow the job schedule for each press. Always keep
as many jobs mounted ahead as possible. Minimize scrap by using
correct adhesive for the type of art on plates. Use Hot melt glue
on plate edges and wrap mounted plates with plastic wrap to ensure
no lift. Endeavor to stay ahead on each press schedule. Be ready at
all times to re-mount plates and fix worn plates. Maintain proper
amounts of plate adhesive. Notify Supervisor when amount of plate
adhesive is low. Communicate any and all problems with Lead Person/
Supervisor. Qualifications, Education and Experience High School
Diploma/GED Certifications required 2-4 experience in a related
field required. Maintains strict confidentiality and protects
privacy of confidential/sensitive information. Ability to
communicate effectively High school diploma or equivalent Be able
to lift up to 50 pounds Have basic mechanical skills The physical
