Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for an HRIS Analyst-Workday (remote) for a Direct Hire opportunity with our South Florida based client.

Position Overview:

You will leverage your broad functional knowledge and a high level of technical aptitude to develop, implement and improve the functionality and performance of the Workday platform. You will own the system configuration for Workday, serving as the technical SME supporting HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Report Writer and Security. You must have solid analytical skills and proven experience in working closely with end-users, designing, and configuring solutions that support business goals.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Work closely with the corporate system administration team and the PMO team to plan, manage and deliver project integrations and upgrades from initiation through post implementation support, including requirements, configuration, testing and deployment.
Design and maintain system configuration and provide HR system administration, data analytics and support.
Develop a change management process to ensure that all changes, updates and Workday releases are tracked, tested, approved and properly implemented into production.
Maintain proper change management documentation to meet internal and external audit control requirements.
Provide development, governance and ownership over reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage reporting and analytics and design dashboards and custom reports that support HR processes and communicate key metrics.

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday HRIS analyst supporting HCM, Payroll and business process configuration required.
1+ year experience in reporting tools and techniques for HR related data for large organizations, including the ability to understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources required.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Workday Report Writer.
Prior experience with data privacy, audit controls and other regulatory requirements.
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups and formulas.
Bachelor's Degree.
Strong project management skills.
Team player who adapts to a fast moving and dynamic working environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines amidst conflicting demands.
