Job Description:
Required Skills:Must have at least 1-2+ years' experience in an
enterprise service desk or technical support call center
environment that has high call volumesStrong troubleshooting and
analytical skills to be able to solve user problems
quicklyExperience with Windows Registry, ini files, and Control
Panel SettingsExperience with PC hardware troubleshooting and
repairExperience with TCP/IP, internet, LAN/WAN, wireless
technology, and audio/video systemsExperience using a remote tool
to troubleshoot user issues such as Bomgar, etc.Must be able to
demonstrate a huge passion and track record in customer
serviceExperience using a ticketing system to document user
ticketsExperience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10
operating systemMust be extremely motivated, possess "Go Getter"
attitude, and be able to work a high sense of urgency and attention
to detailExperience supporting printer issuesExperience supporting
MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and ideally Office365Experience using
Active Directory and ability to reset passwords, add/delete users
as well as understand distribution lists and groupsAbility to learn
quickly and demonstrate past experience supporting proprietary
applicationsMust be responsible, driven, trustworthy, reliable, and
able to work effectively without in person managerial
supervisionMust have strong verbal and written communication
skillsBe proactive, mature and possess a strong sense of
initiativeFlexibility in the hours they are available to workAble
to work EST time zone hoursDesired Skills: Associates or Bachelor's
degree in information technology or related field strongly
desiredMust know how to take a computer apart and put it back
together and have experience with imaging, etc.Experience
supporting VDI technology such as CitrixA+ Certification or
Microsoft related certifications a plusExperience working with
ServiceNowExperience supporting Macbooks is strongly
desiredExperience supporting mobile devices or telecom related
issues a plusExperience supporting wireless connectivity issues

high volume environment without direct manager supervision day to
