opportunity for a Director, Dealer Sales. In this position, the
successful candidate will perform the following job
responsibilities: Establish target list of accounts in cooperation
with Regional Sales Managers. Interview selected dealers and
identify needed initiatives that will result in supporting our main
purpose as described above. Working with marketing team, help
create sales building tools as identified that will positively
impact our dealer's sales productivity and volume. Work with field
sales to create account sales business plans to effectively
implement those initiatives. In cooperation with our Regional
Managers, select accounts for training and lead those training
events. With input from our sales team and senior management,
develop and implement a new territory account plan format and
follow-up program. Interview dealers to identify other needs not
being met by our current dealer account sales strategy and report
those to senior management with recommendations as to how to
address them. Participate in Sales meetings with Regional Sales
Manager and senior management. Four-year bachelor's degree is
preferred. Minimum of five years of industry experience. Must be
willing to regularly travel overnight. Must have a valid driver's
license. Demonstrated closing skills with accounts greater than
$100,000 is required. Demonstrated ability to consistently develop
and execute plans for customer success is required. Demonstrated
consultative selling strength is required. Superior time management
