As a Sales Representative Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training, learning to strategically engage diverse residential customers, effectively communicate Frontier's solutions, and assist in the sales process to meet specific connectivity needs. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative Trainee Participate in training to develop a comprehensive understanding of Renowned Management's direct sales strategies and Frontier's suite of residential services. Learn to strategically identify and approach prospective residential customers in various direct, face-to-face settings throughout the Terre Haute community. Hone communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits to potential customers. Conduct thorough needs assessments for residents, identifying their current service pain points and proposing tailored Frontier solutions. Facilitate customer sales and enrollment, guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to service activation. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and digital forms to support sales activities and maintain precise customer records. Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs for the Frontier Residential campaign. Gather customer feedback and market insights from direct interactions to help refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Collaborate effectively with team members and sales leadership, participating in coaching and development sessions to enhance skills.
