They are very reputable and are working on some of the key projects in Indianapolis right now Description The Senior Project Manager will: Plan and implement large projects Manage a team of employees as well as have your own projects Help coordinate and implement office SOPs Direct and lead the work of technical staff Evaluate new strategies and procedures Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Maintain required project documentation Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects Profile The Successful Senior Project Manager Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience 10 years of experience in Construction Ground-up experience Commercial experience Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients Job Offer On offer for the Senior Project Manager: Very competitive salary based upon experience along with 401k, Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance, Life, Accident and LTD Insurance as well, Paid Vacation & Profit Sharing; Bonus Potential.
